The management of PLF, in accordance with the strategic plan of the firm, assum the compromise to adopt a quality policy.

This compromise is a fundamental piece fo the implementation of the enterprice strategy that resumes into two words:

responsable sustainablity.

The policy is structed in a management system that has as base international and portuguese standards, like rigorous fulfilment of the Portuguese legislation and signed requirements by the company.

The management assumes quality as a fundamental element in the enterprise filosofy and in the works process of it´s collaborators, resulting of their work and envolvement.

The clienthas to be the centre of this filosofy, having as motiv of desenvolvement it´s satisfaction.

Clients satisfaction goes through a whole, to be able to supply products or services with recognized quality, at a competitive price and the right time.

This way, we beleive that quality will only be efficient when it envolves all thoes in the development of the enterprise activity.
